A Gathering of Native Americans (GONA) is a community-driven, culturally grounded workshop that supports healing, resilience, and wellness. Together, we will explore four core cultural themes that help us strengthen community connections:
- Belonging – creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels seen and valued.
- Mastery – recognizing strengths, gifts, and skills within ourselves and our community.
- Interdependence – honoring how we rely on and support one another across generations.
- Generosity – giving back to community through sharing, teaching, and acts of care.

- Guided activities and group discussions rooted in Native values and teachings.
- Opportunities to share your voice and listen to others’ stories in a respectful space.
