Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples (MMIP) here on Turtle Island while creating space
for shared grief, cultural strength, solidarity, and collective resilience.

About the Gathering
Honoring Our Relatives brings together Native artists, culture-bearers, families,
community organizations, and allies for an afternoon of performance, education, remembrance, and healing.
The program highlights Indigenous creativity while honoring the lives, families, and communities impacted by
the crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples.
The integration of Mexica dancers, Palestinian Dabke, and other cultural elements reflects a broader vision
of solidarity across communities facing displacement, violence, erasure, and resistance.

- Supaman — Native American dancer and musician blending Native culture, hip-hop, storytelling, hope, pride, and resilience
- Indigenous Cats — underground hip-hop duo bringing sounds from across eras and future possibilities
- Mexica dance and other cultural performances

- Indigenous vendors and aligned community organizations
About Indigenous Justice
Indigenous Justice is a grassroots organization advancing Indigenous self-determination,
healing, and transformative policy rooted in the leadership of Native women, youth, and two-spirit relatives.
The organization works in partnership with California tribes and tribal and intertribal organizations.

Yes. This is an all-ages outdoor gathering. Families, friends, picnic blankets, and your best dance moves are welcome.

Yerba Buena Gardens is an ADA-accessible venue. Please reach out to event staff on-site if you need assistance.

The event takes place at Yerba Buena Gardens in downtown San Francisco, on Mission Street between 3rd and 4th Streets.

Seating is limited and prioritized for seniors and guests who need it. Low lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.
