Moving from\nOsage and Creek territories to Blackfeet\, Crow\, Alaska Native communities\, Southern Ute\, Jicarilla Apache\, Fort Berthold\, and Standing Rock\,\nDr. Parker places Native sovereignty at the center of the story of American oil. \nThe program explores how tribal governments have faced complex decisions about land\,\nauthority\, and resource use over time.
