The Raritan Native American Heritage Celebration & Pow Wow 2026
returns to the Middlesex County Fairgrounds for two days of Native American culture,
contest dancing, music, food, art, and community.

This outdoor, family-friendly event is open to the public and welcomes everyone to
experience a vibrant celebration featuring Native American artists, educators, singers,
dancers, performing groups, vendors, and cultural demonstrations from across the Americas.

Grand Entry

The Grand Entry of Dancers will take place at
1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Grand Entry is one of the
highlights of the pow wow, bringing dancers together in a powerful and colorful
opening procession.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet and learn from representatives and participants
connected to Native and Indigenous communities including Lakota, Navajo, Mohawk, Seneca,
Cherokee, Aztec, Mayan, Samoan, Hawaiian, and many more.

Tickets

  • Adults & Teens ages 13+: $15, plus fees if purchasing online
  • Children ages 6–12: $10, plus fees if purchasing online
  • Seniors 65+ and Students with ID: $10, plus fees if purchasing online
  • Family 4-Pack: $45 online only, plus fees
    Includes 2 adults and 2 children ages 6–12
  • Children 5 and under: Free

  • This is a rain or shine outdoor event.
  • No refunds will be given.
  • Admission tickets are valid only for the selected date.
  • Limited seating is available; guests are welcome to bring their own chairs and/or umbrellas.
  • No alcohol or drugs are permitted.
  • No outside food, drinks, ice, or coolers are allowed on the premises.
